$15-$25 sliding scale, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Wheelchair accessible.
Dahr Jamail has been getting the story right on Iraq while U.S. corporate media reporting has been so wrong. Now, with the help of National Radio Project, producers of Making Contact, he is creating sound-rich radio reports that complement years of his fine print journalism.
We invite you to join us for a multi-media evening with Dahr and
photojournalist Jeff Pflueger, just days after their return from the
Middle East. They’ll share voices and photos of Iraqi refugees,
Syrians reacting to the growing crisis, and an update on southern Lebanon.
It’s essential that we reach more Americans with the realities on
the ground. Come meet our team, including senior producer Tena
Rubio, correspondent Sarah Olson and others.
This is a benefit event for Dahr and Making Contact. International
Media Project, our non-profit home, is the fiscal sponsor of Dahr
Jamail’s project. Please send your tax-deductible donations to
“International Media Project” with “Dahr Jamail” in the memo, to the address on the left. Or, to make your donation online, click here.
