As the Bush administration wages war overseas and steps up what it calls security measures at home, thousands of people are being hauled in for questioning by the FBI and INS. Immigrants -- citizens or not -- are most vulnerable. On this program, we take a historical look at the McCarthy era, and at the current political climate, which has led to the erosion of civil liberties.
