A growing number of cities in the United States have passed living wage ordinances, legislation that requires contractors with local governments to pay their employees enough money to support their families. Such measures have met intense opposition from corporations and small businesses. But, a few businesses owners have broken ranks. On this program, you'll hear from two business owners who want to narrow the wage gap.
