So far scientists have been able to genetically engineer new breeds of farm animals, and new plant species in agriculture. And some researchers are cataloging human genes in communities around the world, information that could be used for developing pharmaceutical products or manipulating our DNA. On this program we take a look at some of the social and environmental implications of these developments.
