Excellent report!

The names Bill Quigley and Brian Concannon happen to be familiar to me, and their sterling reputations added crediblity to the comments regarding US involvement in the efforts following the overwhelming tragedy. Bravo to National Radio Project for this program!

Bill Quigley makes a good point- just as the United States would never have tolerated another nation coming in and essentially taking control after our recent disasters (9/11, Katrina), the US government does not have the right do do this in Haiti. What does that imply about the way the US government and military views itself in relation to other nations?
